  • What does 'only B2B sales' means?

    As a business-to-business company we focus exclusively to business customers, companies, manufacturers, associations, handicraft businesses, government agencies or self-employed professionals, who, upon completion, act within their commercial or self-employment activities.

    Excluded from sales are consumers/ end users who are private persons. Sales can only be accepted on these conditions.

    All prices in our website are in Euro and exclusive of delivery costs and the statutory VAT.

  • Is your website secure?

    Our entire website is secured with a domain validated, 2048 bit Industry Standard SSL Certificate from the trusted organization Let's Encrypt. Encryption with a digital certificate ensures that the information remains private during the connection between your computer and our website.

    You can recognize a secure connection on the padlock before the internet address in the address bar of your browser.

  • Are all items delivered from stock?

    All products are delivered from stock unless otherwise indicated. If the stock of a product is not sufficient, we will contact you when it is replenished.

  • What does Standard Production Sizes mean?

    If you don't need the boxes right away, we can also produce standard common box sizes for you, in contrast to boxes from stock. After completing your order, a production order for this format will be scheduled.

    This has a significant price advantage because we now have no additional costs. The average delivery time is currently 2 weeks.

  • With which currency can I pay?

    All prices in our webshop are in Euro and exclusive of delivery costs and the statutory VAT. In the checkout and on the order confirmation and invoice, the sales tax is mentioned in addition to the total order amount.

    You can not pay in an other currency.

  • Are delivery costs also charged?

    We deliver in Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium.

    Any order delivered in the Netherlands or Belgium:
    - 1 package - will be charged with € 15.00 handling & delivery costs.
    - 1 pallet - is charged with € 25.00 handling & delivery costs.
    - 2 pallets - will be charged with € 50.00 handling & delivery costs.
    - 3 or more pallets - will be charged with € 75.00 handling & delivery costs.
    - Every order with an order amount from € 350.00 is delivered free of charge (without handling & delivery costs).

    Any order delivered in Germany with zip code 40000 to 53999:
    - 1 package - will be charged with € 15.00 handling & delivery costs.
    - 1 pallet - is charged with € 25.00 handling & delivery costs.
    - 2 pallets - will be charged with € 50.00 handling & delivery costs.
    - 3 or more pallets - will be charged with € 75.00 handling & delivery costs.
    - Every order with an order amount from € 750.00 is delivered free of charge (without handling & delivery costs).

    Any order delivered in Germany with the other zip codes:
    - prices on request.

    Products are combined per order to a total order amount. In the cash register (checkout) the associated handling & delivery costs are calculated based on the country and zip code.

    An additional surcharge will be charged for delivery to the Wadden Islands or areas that can only be reached by ferry (delivery & costs on request only).

    All prices mentioned are exclusive of VAT.

  • How can I pay?

    We offer the following payment options:

    PayPal
    - You need an account with PayPal, a US-based company, operates an online payment system under his own brand.

    - iDEAL is a standard payment method for our Dutch customers. It enables secure online payments directly between bank accounts.

    Bancontact
    - Bancontact is a standard payment method for our Belgian customers. It enables secure online payments directly between bank accounts.

    We can also offer the following options:

    Prepayment
    - We send you an invoice with a payment term of 8 days net. If we have received your payment, the order will be shipped within 2 working days.

    Purchase on account
    - After delivery we send you an invoice with a payment term of 14 days net. (With this selection, a credit check is performed)

    All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery costs and the statutory VAT.

  • Can I also pick up?

    Our logistic carrier also takes care of our complete warehousing. Depending on the product and stock, products can also be sent directly from our partners via dropshipping.

    Collection is not possible for logistical reasons.
